Holistic healing, our primary focus, provides guidance for aligning your physical, spiritual, and mental well-being with your desires and manifestations. Its goal is to bring peace to your body, mind, and soul, acting as a catalyst for more effective treatment methods.

All items under the Isekkai banner are referred to as "crystals," even if they lack a molecular crystalline structure. When you register to purchase items, you'll receive sign-in details, which should be used for all future transactions. Creating an account indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Should you decide to close your account, all associated details will be deleted.

Community Guidelines

Misconduct and its definition are determined according to our perception at Isekkai or/and Dr Shefalii Gupta. Any actions taken against misconduct within groups or communication channels will occur without prior notice. Inappropriate behaviour within our groups, such as sending inappropriate media, links, or messages, will result in immediate removal and blocking from further communication within the Isekkai Community.

By accepting our terms and conditions, you are agreeing not to defame, abuse, or harm the company, its owners, employees, or fellow customers. Any such actions will result in a ban from Isekkai services. To report abuse by another customer, please use the "Contact Us" link. Any abuse or misconduct outside the scope of Isekkai will not be handled by our company or employees; actions will be taken within respective groups or communities.

 

Purchase

At Isekkai, our aim is to delight our customers with the highest quality products and services. While we represent our products with select images, we do not guarantee exactness.

We ensure a quality check of the product and packaging before shipment. However, we are not liable for breakages during shipping. After shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number via SMS and/or Email, which you can use to monitor the shipment. Please note that any loss during the shipping process is not our responsibility. To claim any sort of damage we at Isekkai require a proper unboxing video proof.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products, and we do not offer exchanges for products that have been damaged or lost post-shipment.

Shipment procedure will take 7-10 working days.

Pricing, Guarantees, and Warranties

Our goal is to make holistic healing accessible to all customers. To achieve this, our pricing is set at the minimum cost, and we do not endorse bargaining at Isekkai. While we aim to provide quality products along with maintenance instructions, due to the perishable nature of the products, we do not offer warranties or guarantees.

We do not guarantee that our products are free from allergens or reactions. It is essential to review the ingredients and consult your doctor before ingestion. We strongly advise against the consumption or inhalation of stones in any dissolved, diffused, or powdered form unless recommended by a licensed individual.
