We at Isekkai need full advance payment for any purchase you make on www.isekkai.com , We do not provide Cash on Delivery option (cod). The cost includes GST & taxes ,total cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalise your purchase.

Isekkai does not provide returns / exchange/refunds policy as all our elements undergo through 6 highly sacred cleansing and energising process. To claim any sort of damage we at Isekkai require a proper unboxing video proof.We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products, and we do not offer exchanges for products that have been damaged or lost post-shipment.
